Montgomery County Schools decided to close early today, therefore the GISW is running on Plan C.
- Classes end at 1:45 pm.
- Lunch Break takes place in accordance with the regular schedule
- Buses leave school at 1:55 pm only and follow the
- Afternoon Program and Extended Care are cancelled.
- All afternoon and evening events are cancelled.

Spelling Bee - GISW winner moving on to regional level
Congratulations to Luli for winning our GISW Spelling Bee!! Let鈥檚 all support her as she moves on representing our school as a contestant at the Regional Spelling Bee for Montgomery County this coming Saturday, March 7, 2020 at 10am at Bullis School (Blair Family Center for the Arts), 10601 Falls Road in Potomac.
We would love to have as many GISW supporters as possible attend the event. As you prepare please keep in mind that the Howard Auditorium of the Blair Family Center for the Arts must remain absolutely silent during the Bee. The winner of the Montgomery County Regional Spelling Bee will then advance to the Scripps National Spelling Bee. We are all crossing our fingers for you, Luli!
