Montgomery County Schools decided to close early today, therefore the GISW is running on Plan C.
- Classes end at 1:45 pm.
- Lunch Break takes place in accordance with the regular schedule
- Buses leave school at 1:55 pm only and follow the

In Memoriam: Rebacca Austin
We deeply regret to inform you of the death of
Rebacca Austin.
A former employee of the German School Washington DC, she passed away on February 14, 2014 at age 56.
Throughout her six years of driving one of our school buses (2006-2012), we got to know and respect her as a fun-loving and reliable coworker. Her friendly demeanor was admired by students, parents and coworkers.
We will cherish our good memories of her.
