Montgomery County Schools decided to close early today, therefore the GISW is running on Plan C.
- Classes end at 1:45 pm.
- Lunch Break takes place in accordance with the regular schedule
- Buses leave school at 1:55 pm only and follow the
- Afternoon Program and Extended Care are cancelled.
- All afternoon and evening events are cancelled.

No Kid Hungry
Thank you for your positive response to the Empty Plate Dinner to be held at 6:30pm on November 21, 2019. We appreciate your support of our students and children in our community with food insecurity. We have a very limited amount of tickets remaining. Please contact Alexandra Cheshire (acheshire@giswashington.org) if you are interested in purchasing tickets. The diner includes a warm meal, good conversation, a beautiful student-made plate for $30. All proceeds will be donated to No Kid Hungry. ()
