Montgomery County Schools decided to close early today, therefore the GISW is running on Plan C.
- Classes end at 1:45 pm.
- Lunch Break takes place in accordance with the regular schedule
- Buses leave school at 1:55 pm only and follow the

Field Trip to the Maryland Science Center
Science excursion! Our fourth-graders were waiting for that day in December, just before Christmas. Together with their teachers Ms. Colopy, Ms. Baker, Ms. Pence and a few parent chaperones they took off to the Maryland Science Center in Baltimore.
And our students were not disappointed. After all, they had learned a lot about electricity by conducting experiments in class. At the Science Center they engaged in the hands on activities and an enrichment program called 鈥淶iplock Chemistry鈥�.
鈥淪cience is my favorite subject鈥� is the sentiment we heard expressed on the way back after the successful field trip.
